These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SeoNext.ai (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nature of Service

SEO NEXT AI is a free experimental service offered as-is, with no guarantee of availability, data storage, or support. By using SEO NEXT AI, you agree that no commercial or contractual relationship exists between you and SeoNext.ai. The Service is provided for experimental and evaluation purposes, and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Use of the Service

• Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Respect intellectual property and only upload or connect content and accounts you are authorized to use.
• Comply with applicable laws and third‑party terms when using integrations (e.g., e‑commerce and analytics platforms).

Google Analytics OAuth Integration

When connecting Google Analytics, you authorize SeoNext.ai to access your Analytics data through Google’s OAuth 2.0. We request the minimal scopes necessary to read analytics data and display insights in the Service. We comply with Google’s Limited Use policy: data obtained via Google APIs is used only to provide or improve user‑facing features within SeoNext.ai, is not sold or used for advertising, and is only shared with subprocessors as necessary for Service functionality and security.

Tokens are stored securely and refreshed automatically to maintain the connection. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration, after which we will cease accessing your Google data.

Intellectual Property

SeoNext.ai, including its software, UI, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.

Confidentiality

We do not store confidential information on our systems. Any data you provide is processed only as necessary to provide the Service and is not retained.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including Google API data. Please review it at /common/privacy-policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee accuracy of analytics, availability, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error‑free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeoNext.ai and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or possible legal exposure for us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately and any stored data is deleted.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
