• Account Information: email address (required for authentication), optional full name, and company name (collected during setup).
• Usage Data: logs and analytics about how you interact with the Service (pages viewed, actions performed, device and browser metadata) to improve reliability and user experience.
• Platform Connections: credentials and connection metadata you provide to integrate with e‑commerce platforms (e.g., VTEX, Shopify) and analytics providers.
• Google Analytics OAuth Data: when you connect Google Analytics, we obtain an access token and refresh token via OAuth 2.0, along with limited profile details such as the connected account email. We use these tokens solely to access your authorized Google Analytics resources to display metrics in the Service and never for advertising.

Google APIs and Limited Use Compliance

Our integration with Google Analytics uses OAuth 2.0 to request the minimum scopes required to read analytics data you explicitly authorize. We adhere to Google’s User Data Policy for theLimited Use of sensitive and restricted scopes. In particular:

• We only use Google user data to provide or improve user‑facing features within the Service. We do not transfer this data to third parties except as necessary to provide or secure the Service or as required by law.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or selling the data.
• Access tokens are refreshed automatically using the refresh token when needed to maintain a seamless connection. If you revoke access or remove the integration, we stop accessing your Google data.

Data Retention

We do not retain personal data on our systems. OAuth tokens are stored securely and retained only while the integration is active. You may disconnect Google Analytics at any time, after which future access is disabled and tokens are deleted.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal data with third parties, as we do not retain personal data on our systems. Only technical data necessary for service operation may be processed by hosting providers.

Security

We apply industry‑standard security measures to protect data in transit and at rest. Access to production systems and tokens is restricted and audited. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we continuously work to improve our protections.

We use a secure external authentication service; your credentials are stored there, and we do not retain personally identifiable information (PII).

Your Choices and Controls

• Disconnect Google Analytics at any time from the platform settings to revoke future access to Google data.

• Manage notification preferences within your account or by following instructions in our messages.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

International Transfers
